Delete your Hopechest account

In the app (Android or iPhone)

1. Open Hopechest and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

On the web

1. Sign in at hopechest.skdaddle.com/profile.
2. Scroll to Delete account and confirm.

Can’t sign in? Email contact@skdaddle.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent:

• Your profile (name, email, photo) and your sign-in account.
• Every reflection you wrote, in every journal.
• Journals you created, including their entries. You are removed from journals others created.
• Your plan and purchase records.

What is kept

We keep nothing tied to your account after deletion, except records we are legally required to retain for tax and accounting (for example, payment receipts held by our payment processor, Stripe).

Subscriptions bought through Google Play or the App Store are billed by Google or Apple. Deleting your Hopechest account does not cancel them. Cancel in Google Play (Subscriptions) or your Apple Account settings to stop future charges.
